A shortened copy of the real guides, which are in French. mccs never asks for a password: users type it only in their own mail client.
How it works
An address, a device, an app, a guide.
Address
The customer types their address, or opens a link you prepared.
Device
Windows, macOS, iPhone, iPad or Android.
App
The guides on offer depend on the device.
Guide
One step per screen, with every value ready to copy.
Limits
Read this before you deploy it.
- French only
The interface and the guides are in French. Translating means editing the files by hand.
- Unsigned Apple profile
iOS and macOS show "Not signed" when installing it, and the server does not sign it for you.
- No published image
Docker builds it from the repository. There are no automated tests and no CI yet.
- Written for MDaemon
The guides were written for one MDaemon instance. The
genericpreset has had less use. - It does not check your servers
The settings are only as right as your configuration. A new version of Outlook or Thunderbird can make a step out of date.
Get mccs running
